1 yr old cat free to rehome

Hello! Looking to rehome my buddy Nio, he is a year old tabby cat. He is super nice and friendly save for a few harmless attacks when he wants to play lol, and the usual getting-into-mischief that is typical for cats. He is friendly and gets used to new places pretty quickly with a little time honestly like an hour lol. He loves chin rubs face rubs etc sometimes when he's feeling playful during day time he'll play bite but he's never bad. I also take him outside a lot in a backpack and harness I can give you. He mostly likes gardens when it's quiet out - less cars and people. He's pretty good at learning stuff though. And he knows a lot of tricks like sit, up, and he goes through my arms as a hoop. It's been too stressful on me to own a cat and so I need to rehome him. I'm a student and I have a job so its hard to have time to spend on him so he can get his energy out. It's been hard on me dealing with the cat antics, albeit they are no more than normal. He's honestly a lot like a dog in how friendly and excited he is but he is still a cat. Cat lovers text me please he is free he has shots and is neutered!!!!
