Mother of one, and experienced childcare provider seeking to offer part time care for one child. Preferred age range 6 mos-3yrs. I am a nanny with multiple years of experience, as well as a mother of one looking to find a new family to offer care to. My current family has both children starting full time school this fall, so I have availability. I offer care in my home, Sunnyland neighborhood. We practice Waldorf/Montessori philosophies in our home, as well as gentle respectful parenting/caregiving. Screen time is not offered during caregiving hours. I like to keep a solid, predictable rhythm for the children throughout the day. We will spend a lot of time going to local parks, exploring outside, reading, and playing. I love doing painting and crafting as well! I am able to provide lunch and snacks if that suits your family's needs. We eat all organic food in our home, and I make a lot of things from scratch. My hours of availability are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and I am available to start towards the end of September. I see this as being great for someone coming off maternity/paternity leave and needing a couple hours of office time in the morning.
