Looking for an experience handy person. Construction experience. Basic electric, basic plumbing, able to carry / lift.

This position includes:
maintaining the curve appeal of the businesses / cleaning, watering plants, basic landscaping, removal of graphiti or any other details needed to be addressed to keep the businesses looking their best.
It will also assist with minor repairs / electric and plumbing mostly
Window cleaning etc-
every day is different- you will make sure the businesses look fresh and clean each day
