September Networking Social Event Networking Social Event Legends Tavern & Grill on Thursday, September 29th @ 7PM September Networking Social is here: 💐This week SFL lost a True Home Town Hero: Jason Lorenzo Jenkins @jason_l_jenkins 🙏🏽Although you may not have known him personally, you were probably touched by his incredible hands- on community advocacy & passion to unite 💕At the young age of only 47, Jason leaves behind a beautiful wife, three innocent children, and a legacy that is immeasurable. 🥇I, fortunately, met Jason earlier this year at the Asian Festival @asianculturefestivalmiami where our organizations were both honored for community service. We immediately connected and met shortly after to find ways to connect the Dolphins Organization @miamidolphins to the Hindu community. 💪🏽This fall we planned on bringing a group of football players to the local Hindu Temple to learn about our way of life and for them to speak to the children about life as an athlete. ☀️When we heard of his untimely passing, we had to act, to do what Jason would do! 🐬The Miami Dolphins Foundation immediately created The Jason Jenkins Children’s Fund to help pay for Jason’s little one’s education. ⭐️With their permission, we will be honoring Jason’s life by making this month’s charitable donation to this fund. 🌞Our Guest speaker, Jeremy Campos, from the Miami Dolphins Org and a colleague of Jason’s, will share the outstanding impact of Jason’s work on our local community. ✅If you are interested in matching our donation or sponsoring this event, your generosity is whole heartedly welcomed. 💐Funeral services are on Monday 9/5 @ 4pm @hardrockstadium where our very own @jonsaxx will be playing in Jason’s honor.
