Hot Tub Pump Replacement

I have a Clearwater Spa Beachcraft Ho tub and one of the motors isn’t working. I need someone that knows what they are doing to replace it for me. It’s a little hard to get to but I was able to remove it and open it up so it’s not too bad. The pump starts then before it can get going it shuts off. Need price that includes the pump and the labor. Pictures of the pump and the area are attached.
