all levels yoga flow in the side yard garden. all bodies welcome. come move and flow to a vinyasa yoga sequence making shapes and breathwork.
class will be 45mins
you can bring a mat, blanket etc to practice, however not required as you can use the grass. Feel free to bring a bottle of water, we will also have a pitcher of water provided with fresh mint/basil.
we will be able to hold space for up to 15 people
class is free - donation based/pay what you can
