Horst Arts is excited the announce the return of our Roundtable Series. Up next is a session on photo organizing led by Photo Life Manager, Jean Gerding. Jean’s work as a certified photo manager was recently highlighted on the PBS show, “Legacy List with Matt Paxton.” A billion photos will be taken this year alone. Because of this, photo management chaos has ensued. Photos accumulate on our phone, the cloud, hard drives, and old computers. On top of that, our old film photos are still in shoeboxes—hiding the memories that shaped who we are today. Our story and our traditions are in danger of being lost because there is no time-managed, photo-organizing system or person to keep up with it all. The presentation will introduce participants to solutions for organizing, protecting and enjoying their photos—whether they are traditional prints or digital. You will walk away from the session with the knowledge that you can safeguard, enjoy and share your memories, and with the inspiration to start now!
