Searching for Drummer

Hello! Not in a desperate situation to start this immediately, just seeing what is out there, if anything. Interested in making a large sounding band with some dynamics. Two guitars, bass, drums. I can sing well enough. Drums can be simple or busy but as long as they are correct for the song. Please be a reasonable drummer and restrict yourself to a 4 piece kit with hats, ride and maybe two crashes tops. Please imagine that we will perform outside of our practice space, which we have in Reading. We plan to play shows in the future. Mostly DIY mentality. LGBTQ+, femmes to the front, POC to the front. No ageism but we are around 37-38. Doesn't matter as long as you are mature and responsible. Pretty regular band etiquette: practice once per week, please make it to the practice space without hassle, shows will be inquired about with everyone's approval but we are not looking strictly for paying gigs so houses and low paying shows will be played. Everyone needs to practice and to get established. Please be vaccinated for group safety. I have poorly recorded demos I can share if wanted. Thanks!
