I have several small jobs that need to be taken care of. A few frames built and installed, some bigger carpentry projects, some concrete removal, some landscaping, etc. I will pay by the job. We negotiate a fair price and time frame, you complete the job and then I'll release funds. We will start with smaller jobs and then work up to bigger ones. For the right person this could be a full time job though the winter. Having your own tools is a big plus.
