It is with a very heavy heart that we have decided it would be best to rehome our short haired Border Collie, Tyson. He is an amazing boy. Great with kids, and other dogs, but not cats. He thinks chasing chickens is fun and games until they turn around and start running at him and then he becomes a baby and runs away. Lol Tyson has the biggest heart. He loves to cuddle and lay with the kids. He is definitely NOT an outdoor only dog. He always wants to be with his human. He loves to go swimming, and he loves to run. Tyson is kennel trained, house broke and potty trained. He is super friendly with strangers. He is neutered and up to date on shots. The reason we need to rehome our Tyson, is because we just don’t have enough time for him with our busy work schedules. It’s not fair to Tyson and he deserves a home that isn’t so busy, and can give him the love and life he deserves. We were going to train him To be a farm (herding) dog, but like mentioned above, we don’t have the time we thought we’d have. Tyson is our baby. We will not just give him to anyone. He will not go to someone in an apartment. If you do not have a yard, or acreage/farm, we will not let him go to you. We require a vet reference. Please also know the breed. Border Collies are high energy, working dogs. We would love to see him go to a rancher/farmer. He has definite working ability. There is a small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home. We just met with someone who we were messaging back and forth with, but they had an animation picture as their profile photo, so we could not see who it was. It’s called Collie Nose. He likes to use his nose to dig, and that is part of what caused it.
