I am in the process of getting permits, for an additional dwelling unit and am now open to bids. Basically I'm converting my garage into an additional dwelling unit so I need somebody that can do plumbing framing drywall and electrical. You do not necessarily need to do all of these things, so if your specialty is only plumbing you're still welcome to bid because this job is definitely going to need a plumber. Must be licensed.
