Found-mixed breed girl dog

We found a medium sized girl dog on our porch today. We are in Hope Mills, off of Golfview. She is mixed breed. We haven't had any luck with neighbors. She had no collar but there was an indent in her fur. Maybe she got free. We are keeping her inside and taking care of her. Please let me know if you've lost your dog.
