Part 1: Looking to have these two raised gardens taken down, water tower taken down, and ground ground graded. There are apple sized rocks on the bottom of the raised gardens. Basically everything needs to go! - You can take the wood or dirt / rocks if wanted but it must be removed. Part 2: (Only part 1 required, this would be a bonus if the price is right.) Eventually the plan is to have this area sectioned off with edging and then filled in with rocks for a fire pit area.
