Leave it to Trump to call the current POTUS an 'enemy of the state'. Along with a lot of things this former president has done, never before has a former president called the current president an 'enemy the state'. An 'enemy of the state' is defined as a person accused of certain crimes against the state such as treason, among other things. Clearly this is not Biden, and it's yet to be determined whether Trump is the true 'enemy of the state' considering the ongoing investigation of him.
