Young, small, black and tan dog found on 9/2/22 on Carter Road (near Flax Pond). Was wearing collar without tags. Vet says unchipped. Sweet with people (adults for sure, have not tried with children). He appears young..playful. House and crate trained. Also good in car. Desperately looking for owner.
