Private room and bath in Scarborough

I can offer a private room and bathroom in exchange for 3-4 overnights for my 5yr old and some occasional babysitting. I need 8:30pm - 6:30am - my son will be asleep the entire time. The babysitting can be negotiable. We have a 5 bedroom house in Scarborough. Must be dog friendly as we have a 6 year old Visla. Female non smoker with some childcare experience is preferred. The room is furnished but we could work out something else if needed.
