Our company is now hiring Construction General Laborers for a Solar Construction Site in Lancaster, NY Must live close to Lancaster, NY Area and have reliable transportation. (We will not be offering pre-diem for this job at this time) Solar Experience is not required but please let us know if you do have Previous solar experience. Experience with general labor and working outside is recommended. We have professionals on site to help you answer and questions or concerns and help keep everyone working on a timely manner. we are looking for people who will be reliable and doesn't mind working outdoors doing physical labor type work. Job is temporary with the possibility of permanent hire Requirements: - On this job site the superintendent requires to have the listed tools below to start work:, Tape measure, level, socket set 1/16& 1/8th attachment and not required but if you have a impact gun for personal use only for this job site -You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work daily. -Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to hire -Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory due to heavy equipment on this site for both general labors and Equipment Operators -Hours are typically 7am-5:00pm, maybe later. Mon-Friday. 40 plus hours per week. Anything over 40 hours will be overtime pay. (hours may fluctuate) Starting Pay is $20 per hour
