Need Experienced help with small job

Hello. I need a few guys who can lift an iron beam into place and bolt into the 2 beams, one to either side, that support it. The beam is heavy being iron, several hundred pounds at least, and needs to be raised about 10 or more feet then fixed into place by bolts. May require new bolts. So this is a small job but will require at least 2 men and a come along or some other type of pulley and winch system in order to raise the bar. Will also require the tools necessary to set the bar with new bolts so you will need the tools and system to raise the bar as I've only your average tools and such... and being female I'm not much help in doing this. It shouldn't take long at all if you have the necessary tools and equipment and I can pay $100 an hour. If it only takes 20 minutes you're still guaranteed $100. Anything over an hour I'll pay extra in increments of $25 per 15 minutes or portion thereof. Hopefully that's reasonable payment for the job... like I said I'm female so if you don't feel thats commensurate compensation please don't hesitate to let me know.
