The law lets crazy people stay out of mental hospital because of room instead of building another hospital. So I’m in need of asking anyone if the have seen a black cat with a white spot on her throat and a white spot on her right shoulder. She has been takin off my property and either given to someone or dumped near Puyallup Fred Meyer or the valley road into sumner I might be able to give a small reward after the 3 lawyers involved in this gets their pay. Its taken me a year to post this because she may have still been on my property because the kitten he also stole is there.
