Semi pro Bass player looking for an experienced keyboard player who would like to focus on more contemporary, smooth, funk and Latin jazz. songs by Yellow Jackets (Goin’ Home), Jeff Lorber (88 Keys or Black Ice), Fourplay, Rippingtons, Lee Ritenour, Pat Metheny, Tanya Maria, Herbie, Gary Meek, Wayne Shorter etc. if you know these artists, you get the idea. Please be able to read well, follow more challenging changes and solo. Focus on contemporary tunes in the new real books, etc. lots of material that seldom gets played. Also have access to some originals tunes. Would ultimately like to pull working quartet/quintet together to play monthly gigs. If this is your thing, drop me a note and let’s chat.
