Looking for someone to help design and set up a simple workshop

I'm looking for someone to help equip and set up a workshop. I'll provide the budget for tools and materials, but I'm looking for someone to come up with the bill of materials/supply lists, set up the workshop, install pegboard and shelving, organize tools and supplies, labelling parts bins, etc. The workshop is intended to support basic woodworking, some simple metal-working, DIY projects, and similar. We expect to want things like a drill press and bandsaw, chop saws, a variety of drills, etc. We can work out the list and layout together. I'll pay $30/h or $1,000, whichever is higher by the end of it (OBO). Ideally we agree on [most] everything to order, and then order it and get it set up on nights and weekends in a week or two. You should have experience building and prototyping, be clean and organized.
