hope everyone has had a nice great labor day of rest. have a question has anyone had plantar fascitis not sure why im getting this one podiatrist recomends orthodics and stretching another one said same but added you seem to have inflammation in your body and that is what is causing this but going forward im going to do some stretches use orthoetics maybe change diet
