Have you ever wanted a career working in construction and real estate? Do you have basic computer skills? Do you have the desire to study and to learn? Are you a dedicated and a hard worker? Do you have an interest in learning how to solve career challenges for construction workers including some who are ex felons,- in line with the First Step Act. Would you like to help decrease recidivism in low income communties? Do you have an interest in coordinating careers in construction for hard working ex felons returning home looking for a positive change? If so, this internship may be for you. Tasks: -deligent study daily learning construction methods and principles in real estate, under daily tutoring and mentorship -calling on and screening construction workers -booking construction jobs -learning how to do, and doing field inspections at construction sites -learning, creating and following construction project management methods -learning how to working with First Time Homebuyers on homes the company will own Note: You must be able to sustain your own personal expenses for at least 30 days. The company has up to 30 days before any income has to be paid to you. Your income will depend on your work ethic and on the success of the company. While the company prefers a full time candidate, part time is allowed for the RIGHT person. For part time the internship may be 60 instead of 30 days.
