Rehoming small male dog

I unfortunately have to rehome my pup. His name is Bear and he is about 20 lbs. He is a mix of Pomeranian and a minpin. I got him as a puppy in May of 2021 I had to move to an apartment and I work long hours. Without a yard and time to spend with him, it’s just not a good situation for him. He has a great personality, is good with other dogs and kids. He loves attention and is very friendly. He is neutered and has all his shots up to date. Please email with any questions or if you are interested. Asking a rehoming fee of 250. If this is an issue for you, please refrain from comment. I have spent a considerable amount of cost and of time in this guy, and want to see him in a great situation. He is crate trained and potty trained, but will occasionally lift his leg on something randomly when left alone to roam around without access to outside freely. He will need some additional work on this as he has generally been allowed to come and go as he pleased. Thank you.
