Vetcare for Homeless Cat?

I recently found a homeless cat wandering near a trail I go hiking on and she is in pretty rough condition but able to be fixed up. She is incredibly skinny and shows signs of possibly having worms. I would love to be able to offer her a home but cannot afford all of her vet care upfront all at once. Does anyone know of a vet in the Lititz/Lancaster area who would be willing to work on payment plans with homeless cats? I go out twice a day to feed her and luckily, she seems to be putting on a little bit of weight, but there’s still work to be done, and I want to be able to get her off the streets before winter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
