Abandoned puppy needs a home

I found this poor boy dumped on the road. I cannot keep him, he really needs a home. I am guessing he is around 3 months old and sweet as can be. Great with other pets, good with loud noises (mower and dirtbike) content in his kennel, honestly a very well behaved puppy. $10 rehoming fee for safety reasons I will ask questions about his new home and it is a requirement that he must get fixed within the next 9 months. I can give a recommendation on a low cost facility. Text is preferred I can meet from seymour to Springfield, any further and I will ask for gas compensation.
