Mysterious "Shoe" Signal at Bridge City Block Party

Something strange just happened to me at the Bridge City Block Party in SE Portland Industrial Area. I was at an outdoor music block party and in the middle of Adventure Club's set, someone slowly steps on my left heel of my shoe. I turn around and see a beautiful blonde wearing black platform shoes, stepping on the heel of my left shoe. She slowly looks right at me, says nothing. I look at her friend who is a pretty Asian woman with black hair standing to the left of her, also silent. I turn around and continue dancing, thinking it could have been an accident. A few minutes later, it happens again, the blonde woman steps on the heel of my shoe, slowly and deliberately. So I turn around and say "Hey" while looking at her. She gives a slight smile, still says nothing. I turn around and continue dancing and after about 2-3 mins, they leave together to go deeper into the crowd on the right. I looked for them after the show, couldn't find them. Anyone know what this "shoe" signal means? So confused.
