Looking for bird to adopt

Hi! My wife and I have had many birds in the past and are again looking to ad one to our lives! We are are interested in cockatiels, senegal parrots, or really anything around those sizes that isn't insanely loud (we live in an apartment and have permission for a bird, but we still don't want like a macaw or something haha)- however whatever type of sociable bird you have let us know, we're open to considering many options! We are not looking to pay a large fee, we would prefer to adopt from someone who can not care for their bird anymore. We will give the bird a very good home with lot's of TLC!
