Drummer ISO jam space in Manch area

Hi I play metal drums and guitar and recently moved into the city and have no space to set up my kit. Morgan storage appears to have a year long wait list, which I don't want to deal with. Anyone willing to share their space with me? Don't care if it's a basement or warehouse, whatever, as long as I can come over and practice a couple times a week I'm willing to throw in some cash to help out with your rent. We could jam together maybe once or twice a week too if you wanted. I mostly play metal, but am into classic rock, punk, grunge, etc. Even if you don't have space for me to set up my kit, if you're a drummer and not using your kit every night just letting me practice on it would be cool, I can bring my own snare and pedals or throw in for skins if you wanted.
