This position is accountable for assisting with the preventative maintenance of the entire warehouse including forklifts, machinery, and miscellaneous projects and for the continued maintenance of the building in its entirety. All Charlie’s positions require the ability to provide clear and timely communication when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform daily tasks as assigned by supervisor  Assist with executing the facility preventative maintenance plan Perform landscaping duties such as snow removal and lawn maintenance. Maintain building aesthetics by touching up paint, repairing walls, etc.  Assist with employee engagement event set ups. Attend monthly safety meetings Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Effective communication skills. Proficient ability to read, write, and comprehend English. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and consistently meet tight deadlines. Must be able to take and interpret instructions efficiently. Ability to read and interpret written user manuals/assembly instructions. Requires prolonged walking, sitting, bending, stooping. Must be able to work in severe weather conditions and lift, push and pull 75lbs.
