Immediate Help Needed W/ Potential For Part/Full Time

I own a small residential electrical company here in Asheville. I am just branching out on my own, so it is just me running these jobs. Business is booming and I have multiple projects I need an extra set of hands on. Looking for 2-4 years experience in the electrical field but am opening to less or more experience if it is the right fit. Pay is well above what anyone is offering. I plan to grow this business into a substantial electrical contracting company. Hopefully, the right fit will grow with me and this company. Must be clean, respectable, and honest. No smoking on the jobs...period. I need someone in good shape and can lift 20-40 lbs up a ladder with ease.
