This position is for a person who has their own transportation and a valid drivers license with a clean driving history as you will be expected to operate company vehicles during your employment. Experience using walk behind and riding commercial mowers is required. During your interview you will be asked to demonstrate proficiency with a line trimmer and basic riding mower. The interview pays $20 and take about half an hour typically in the evening. Dress for work. Work is weather dependent and starts at 0600. Payment is based on experience and proficiency starting at $12 an hour for the first day and up to $20hr after that. Lunch is included for any eight hour or more working days. We also build fences and other structures. Woodworking skills are preferred. Persons applying from other lawncare companies please explain the reason for your transition and relevant skills. We are a well established medium sized Lawncare entity with high expectations working on both residential and commercial properties. We are a drug and smoking free environment. Separate position: Weekend work available for adult age high-school and college students as well as sailors seeking additional work. Weekend work is paid in cash at the end of the day and is not as rigorous as weekday work only lasting up to five hours.
