We need to rehome this very sweet and talkative cat. We have cats of our own, and when our neighbor moved he couldn't take this sweet boy Oscar with him. He purs really loud and likes to talk, letting you know he wants back scratched. We are not able to keep him because our condo rules does not allow us this additional sweet boy Oscar. Oscar is good with other cats, and he likes to eat and loves catnip treats. Please message me if interested. Thank you
