Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am an infant /toddler nanny. I currently have availability Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and am looking for about 24 hours a week. I also have worked a bit as a personal home cook and ideally would like to find a position where that was included as part of the hours. I can do meal planning and prep as well as grocery shopping. For over 15 years I have been working in childcare environments including a daycare, a preschool, with several individual families and through a reputable agency (so I've been screened) which is how I found my last long-term job. My last job was a short term placement caring part time for a four month old for five months until he was ready for daycare. My last long term job was working full-time with one family for over eight years. It started with caring for one infant and ended with three children in preschool and kindergarten. I have plenty of experience with infants, toddlers and both at the same time. I'm excellent at keeping routines and being consistent along with preparing healthy meals. I enjoy doing crafts and science experiments as well as outside activities like going to the park, zoo or children's museum and story times, music, dance or gymnastics classes. I expect to do some child related housework (laundry/dishes/tidying) but can also help with light house work and organizing or running errands. My rates start at $18 an hour. I am located in the Gresham area and would love to find some within about 30 minutes. I’d be willing to travel a bit farther for the right position.
