We are a new airbnb firm in OKC, located primarily in the Plaza District. We have 13 properties and are acquiring new homes every month. We are a team of 4 housekeepers (1 manager and 3 fulltime keepers) and we are looking to grow that number.
If you are already in the cleaning industry you will know that cleaning bnbs is one of the easiest gigs. Not as stressful as residential cleans. Not as backbreaking as make ready cleans. As easy as doing hotel rooms. But for this you do have to have a reliable vehicle to get from house to house and a smart phone for assigned units.
We provide a fixed schedule, we pay mileage ($.55 cents to every mile you drive for us), we pay drive time (don't have to clock out between properties), all gear is provided (save your money, let us buy the cleaning products), and we start at $17 an hour.
Looking for folks with professional cleaning/janitorial experience but we are happy to train someone who has the right attitude about doing a good job, no matter what the work is.
The weekend's are non-negotiable. Your shift will always be Friday 9:30-5:00, Saturday 9:30-5:00 and Sunday 9:30-5:00. If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply.
The rest of the week can be more tailored to what you need (days off for school, other jobs, etc). But the weekend is set in stone.
