Hello, My name is Terry Wattley. I am a Community Engagement Consultant for the Portland Clean Energy and Community Benefits Fund (PCEF). PCEF’s mission is to create green jobs, fund home and business improvements through renewable energy and energy efficiency investments, and support local businesses. I would like to extend an invitation to you and (your organization) to our networking event connecting Community Based Organization and contractors to clean energy grant opportunities, including basic information for newcomers into the clean energy field. Please join us on September 24, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Moe's Mighty Tanker. This event will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about applying for PCEF grants as well as speaking with contractors for clean energy installation or construction ideas and networking with other CBO’s. This will also be great for organizations that want to learn about clean energy, workforce/contractor development, and regenerative agriculture/green infrastructure and be involved with climate change relief efforts within the Portland Metro Area. If you have previously applied and were not approved, this will be an excellent opportunity to improve your application for the next round! Only non-profits can apply for PCEF funding. Please register for entry as space is limited. We ask that no more than four people per organization attend.
