The light, buttery crust surrounds baked apples with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg and topped with a drizzle of powdered sugar frosting. You will learn her easy technique for assembling ingredients and rolling out the dough. Fresh apples in season will be used to create this melt in your mouth pastry. Students will take home a 13"x9" sheet pan of goodness. Fee includes all supplies, recipes and instruction.
