To bring together the 2+U community by encouraging communication, wellness & connection. In-person mindful and results-driven classes held in the Urban Village at 2+U. These classes will help you achieve wellness & personal fulfillment. My goal is to create a safe & inclusive environment for everyone in the community to feel welcome to participate. The session will run from 7:00 to 9:00 AM with blocks of different classes starting every 30 minutes. This programing will run EVERY WEDNESDAY through the month of September.

7:00 -7:30 AM - Mindful Meditation (30 min)
7:30 - 8:00 AM - Stretching Flow (30 min)
8:00 - 8:30 AM - Vinyasa Yoga (30 min)
8:30 - 9:00 AM - Bootcamp Barre Fitness (30 min)
