Welcome back, cornholers! It's been too long and we're ready for another installment of competitive cornhole, WSA edition. You all know we're expert bag tossers, but this time of year, we retire our bags and invite you all to step into our parking lot and compete. Mushy Things That Absolutely Need to be Said Before We Get Into the Deets: Thank you in advance for all of your support. Our people caring about the things we care about is one of the very best things. We look forward to this event all year, especially this year, and the ease that happens once it gets started is reassuring. You are the best people and we're so lucky you want to spend a Thursday evening with us. This year, we have chosen to raise money for Star House and we're so excited about it. They're an organization that provides resources and support for youth experiencing homelessness, giving them a chance to succeed and thrive. They'll be joining us for the tournament with a ton of information for those of you who want to get involved. Speaking of getting involved, if you want to help even more than you already are in an easy way, feel free to bring supplies for the kids. They are in need of socks, hygiene products (shampoo, soap, etc.), any baby supplies (diapers, wipes, onesies), cotton tees, athletic pants, and gift cards for groceries. These things are hard to keep in stock and anything you can provide goes a long way for the kids. You're all great. Thank you.   The Deets: The event is a 32 team bracket (with room for a play-in round if necessary). You buy the team tickets and we randomly assign you an opponent. Think March Madness but with a lot of people who are less athletic (sorry, but it's kind of true), enjoy a cold beverage, and are subsequently more fun. Probably. It's a play till you lose type of bracket, but don't worry; if you lose, there will be plenty of fun people to talk to, killer music to listen to, and surplus of food to eat. We've got you covered. Our musician(s) will be performing for us from 6:30-8:30 ish. Want to check out the lineup before the date so you can sing all of the songs? Check out MojoFlo on Spotify and don't forget to grab your dancing shoes. Foxfire Tacos will be hooking us up with some life changing, energy inducing tacos because we all know the endurance and consistency is required with cornhole. The menu will consist of a variety of tacos, and, yes, there will be plant based options. We're working with a few local breweries that know what they're doing and also care about Columbus as much as we do. Thanks so much to Parsons North Brewing Co. and Saucy Brew Works. They're donating some bevvies of their choice, so let's all give them a round of applause for their support.
