Summary: This workshop will provide a professional development opportunity for participants to explore DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) at an individual and organizational level. The workshop will create space for participants to engage in authentic, intentional discussion around DEI and related topics. The workshop will provide frameworks and contexts for examining the work of DEI in an intermediate format. Workshop Objectives  Explore self-awareness via self-reflective and experiential activities  Identify the differences between cultural competence and cultural humility  Understand positionality and its impact  Engage in thoughtful discussion relative to DEI  Create a blueprint/action items for your organization relative to DEI
