Must Have Valid Driver's License Must Have Personal Vehicle (not required to use for work, but we will not hire if you have to depend on someone else) Must Be Teachable and Open to being Trained to Our Way because We Have a Reputation for Excellent Quality! Reliability is a MUST! If you can't show up on time every day, you will not fit into our team. Basic Mechanical Ability and Familiarity with Standard Tools & Equipment Duties Include: Pruning, Trimming & Shaping Trees/Shrubs...Digging, Raking, Clearing and Spraying...Loading/Unloading Tools, Materials & Equipment...Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Blowing...Mulching, Weeding, Spreading Soil/Rock, Lifting...Some Minor Carpentry & Masonry Work (Experience Here a Plus!) SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays, never Sundays. 8am-430pm. ALL HOLIDAYS OFF! PAY: Calculated Hourly, Paid Cash Weekly on Fridays. PAID DRIVE TIME.
