Hosted by international artist, bassoonist, performer, and Yoga Teacher, Cinnamon Denise (500 hr Yoga Teacher) will lead a 45 minutes Yoga flow followed by a Live and Interactive Music Concert to seal the deal, if you will. This is an exclusive event in order to maintain the integrity of the intimate nature of yoga and music. If you are an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert, Cinnamon will adjust in order to keep everyone comfortable. It is imperative to be on time. Please bring your own mat and/or seat cushion. As they will not be provided. Parking is free. A waiver will be provided the date of the event. Please note that you not be able to participate if you do not sign and return the waiver. Cinnamon Denise has performed on international stages such as ones hosted by Berklee College of Music where she received her Master of Music in Music Technology. In addition to this, Cinnamon received her Bachelor of Music in Media Writing and Production from the University of Miami Frost School of Music. Go ‘Canes!
