Are you a new parent who is unsure on how to play with your baby? Are you a parent looking to socialize and talk to other grown ups? Well, join me for a fun filled morning in the park! There will be lots of developmentally appropriate activities, such as singing songs in both Spanish and English, balls and bubbles, parachute play, and so much more! WE WILL MEET UNDER A SHADED TREE AREA AT THE PARK. I will try to stay close to either the playground or basketball court, depending on availability. JUST LOOK FOR THE BUBBLES! COVID-19/MONKEYPOX Procedure Because we want to keep ourselves and our babies safe and healthy, we ask that you bring your own blanket. Your blanket will be your space, however, you are more than welcome to socialize if you feel comfortable! All participants will receive their own props to use during the class. After use, we will discard it into the “clean machine” (a plastic tote or bag) and they will be disinfected after each class. Toddler classes coming soon! INCLEMENT WEATHER This event is weather permitting. If it rains, we will reschedule for the next day, Sunday morning, at the same time. If we get rained out next day, I we will honor your ticket for our next playgroup at any location. Hi! My name is Tylasia! I have dedicated the last 10 years of my life to working with preschool aged children. I’ve attended GSU , studying Human Learning and Development. Most of my career has been split between nannying, teaching, and coaching preschool gymnastics so having fun is my thing, Tylasia loves the kids! As a mother myself, I know how isolating being a new parent can sometimes be, especially nowadays. I started Babies, Balls, and Bubbles to bring a community of new parents together during the first few years of their baby’s life and hopefully they can make connections that last a life time. Also, proceeds will go to the developmeant of The Scott Schoolhouse, an early learning center that brings quality childcare to low income areas throughout Atlanta.
