Attire Rotation is back for the FOURTH swap of the year! This is the biggest & baddest one so far!! You will have access to approximately 2,000+ clothing and accessories to choose from! Read below to see how it works and check out an opportunity to snag a free ticket! Your ticket includes: - $25 swap fee - $10 food & beverage fee (vegan & gluten free options will be available) - free on-site parking!! - immaculate vibes from our resident DJ & bestie @ashe__b (give him a follow on IG) Swapping is a great way to promote a circular economy, produce less waste, and save money on clothing! The best part - it's way cheaper than any other second hand option out there. What can you bring? Gently used & clean: clothing, shoes, & handbags of any style! How it works: It is a take as much as you bring system! If you bring 10 things, you can take 10 things! You can bring UP TO 25 items! (If you bring 25 things, your ticket was $25, and you find 25 things to take home - that’s $1 per item!) Each item will be counted & checked for quality. Please bring all dresses, shirts, and other hangable items on your hangers OR you may choose the $3 add on hanger fee and have some provided to you. Hangers can be donated or taken home at the end of the event. Please only bring items that are lightly worn, clean, and undamaged! They will be checked! Items leftover are saved for the next event, given to local upcyclers, or donated to Out of the Closet / local shelters. What to expect: 2 pm: Check in clothing! Please show the check in volunteer your ticket to scan and hang any items needed. We will check for quality and hand you a ticket with your name and # of items you brought. 2 pm - 3:30: Meet other swappers, network, make a friend, vibe to music from Ashe B, enjoy food & beverages included in your ticket price! 3:00: CHECK IN CUT OFF! PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 3! We work hard to get everything set up for you & start on time - please arrive between 2 and 3. 3:30 - 5:30: Swap starts! Don’t forget your reusable bags to shop with! You can bring items in your reusable bag and then we will hand it back to you to shop with! When you are finished shopping - please return to the check in table to check out. Your attendant will recount your items and you can turn in your ticket! 5:30 - 6:30 pm: You are welcome to stay until the event is over at 6:30 pm or leave after you have finished shopping! ***PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION - I WILL SEND YOU DAY OF EVENT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE & UPDATES*** Follow @attirerotationatl on all platforms for updates & FAQ's Follow @ashe__b for music things FREE ENTRY DETAILS: Volunteer positions are needed! Volunteer Positions: 1. (2) Door / Gate Attendant: You will assist with the door / gate and help others find the venue! 2. (2) Check-in Attendant: you will help me greet guests and count clothing, provide vouchers 3. (4) Clothing Managers: assist with sorting clothes after they are checked in & get them out to the floor in a somewhat organized & neat fashion 4. (2) Content Managers: assist in capturing pictures, videos, etc from the event. 5. (2) Floating volunteers: you will fill in any of the above positions or anywhere else that is needed!
