Description
The UM is conducting a study on the health effects of wood smoke this Fall/Winter. We are looking for people over 50 years of age who use wood-burning stoves to heat their home (within about 100-mile radius of Missoula). Participants will receive $200 for their time. We will deliver a monitor which will measure the air quality in your home for 2 weeks, 1 week in the Fall and 1 week in Winter, and we ask you to send us mouth rinse and phlegm samples.
