This hike is designed with healing, community, and strength in mind. By completing the mountain trail, we tap into our physical and spiritual strength and stability, while adopting the mountains character as our own. Being outdoors, watching the sunset in fresh air lowers stress levels. It also clears and soothes the mind. hence why hiking is natures therapy. The event organizer, DeAnna, has found her healing from childhood trauma, divorce, and loss while hiking Squaw Peak. This is a very special place for her. We hope it brings you the same! Hikers of all levels are invited to join. The hike up Squaw Peak will begin at 5:00pm MT. There are several rest spots, and photo opps along the trail. Hikers are encouraged to take breaks along the way, request assistance as needed, and consume water and protein as needed. Experienced hikers and trail guides will be in position to assist hall.
