The Unit 305 Fall BAZAAR Join us for this curated Craft Fair and Flea Market featuring vendors selling Handmade, One-Of-A-Kind Items, Vintage Clothing and Accessories, Vinyl and Cassettes, Silkscreen Posters and T-shirts, Taxidermy, NEW and Vintage Toys, Antiques, Curiosities and Oddities, Handmade Jewelry, Candles, Beauty Products, House plants and anything else a maker can dream up with Troop 305 serving up great grub all day! FREE to ENTER to PUBLIC with suggested food donation of a non-perishable. Indoor event. Support Scouting for Food for St. Stephens R.C.C. The event is RAIN OR SHINE. Featuring  Trunk or Treat & Haunted Walk Open from 5pm-9pm 305 Trading Post Flea Market Open from 4pm-9pm Vendor Rules & Regulations  Unit 305’s “305 Trading Post” is a unique place to visit and a great place to operate a business. We have rules and regulations to make the 305 Trading Post a better flea market for both Vendors and shoppers. This is our third flea market, we have successfully hosted events for the past 8 years. We plan to succeed and hope to help you help us! Our event features a community Trunk or Treat and Haunted Walk from 6pm to 9pm. There are 2 entrances, on either side of the market. We are looking for 20+ vendors to fill our market. Rules & Regulations 1. Vendors can start setup at 2pm on Saturday, October 30th. Must respect the church goers so we must wait until parking lot is cleared. Please wait to be assigned a spot. All spaces are 10x10 for use of a canopy (canopy not provided.) 2. No prepaid tables can be sublet, assigned or transferred by the purchaser to another party. All changes must be approved by the Unit 305 management. There are no refunds or rain checks. Vendors spots will be marked. 3. Vendors who lease a Space at the 305 Trading Post accept the space on an as is, where is basis. Unit offers no guarantees or warranties of any kind. The Vendor will specifically hold Unit 305, its members, managers, volunteers and chartered representative harmless from any and all damages and/or injuries suffered in conjunction with its operation. Vendors agree to this Unit 305 Vendor Agreement by purchasing a space. 4. Vendors must remove all trash and property from the space by 10 PM on the day of the event. We have a strict leave no trace policy. All workers are volunteers in support of Unit 305, we ask you that respect the property. 5. All merchandise must be displayed safely and securely within your area. Any displays that appear unsafe or harmful will be asked to be removed. No blocking walkways.  6. All excess vendor merchandise must be stored in containers or boxes and stored under each vendor table. All boxes stored under tables must not encroach upon pedestrian isles or neighboring vendor spaces. This will be strictly enforced. 7. Management reserves the right to move Vendors, and/or refuse to sell a space to a Vendor or prevent a Vendor from occupying a space for which they have reserved but not paid for. 8. The 305 Trading Post is designed to accommodate all vendors on designated spaces to make sure the vendors have successful sales and all vendors MUST clearly specify his/her products. Competing or selling the same product not mentioned in the seller’s application will result in a vendor dismissal. In order to make the 305 Trading Post a unique experience management will jury the selection of vendors. 9. Management reserves the right to enter any space, inspect all merchandise and regulate what the Vendor sells at anytime. 10. These general rules and regulations can be modified at any time and without notice. 11. Electricity is not available outdoors. The lighting will be sufficient and allow shoppers to see properly. 12. Promoting the “305 Trading Post” is extremely encouraged as well as our halloween theme! We can provide any digital media sizes or logos to help. We will promote via fliers, posters, lawnsigns, facebook and instagram. (@kearnyscouts), instagram (@kearnyscouts), website(kearnyscouts.com) and social outreach in the community. Prohibited items and Activities (may never be sold) Counterfeit items or unlicensed merchandise;Psychic or Tarot card readers, Guns or Ammunition; Adult books, toys, magazines, videos or like material; Drug paraphernalia and Games of Chance; Any other product/service that is in violation of any local, city, state or federal regulation or statute; Prepared foods, drinks or snacks including alcohol; Solicitation of vendors and shoppers; No generators of any kind.  Any violations of the above activities, we reserve the right to revoke Vendor’s Application and access to the 305 Trading Post and may disclose such violation to Law Enforcement. All Vendors agree to be bound by any changes, revisions and interpretation of these Rules and Regulations. There will be NO REFUNDS unless cancellation is 2 weeks before event with $25 cancellation fee.
