Candidates in the Miss West Georgia or Carroll County Scholarship Organizations, at the local level, gain experience through participation in interviews, talent performances, public speaking, promoting individual social impact initiatives and social/digital media interaction. Cash and in-kind educational scholarships are available to all young women who advance to the state competition. We will be selecting 4 new 2023 titleholders: Miss West Georgia, Miss West Georgia's Outstanding Teen, Miss Carroll County and Miss Carroll County's Outstanding Teen.
