Jasper was recovering from just having his badly broken leg amputated and he was able to get the head cone off and he got outside and escaped. He needs to be restrained so he can heal and not lick his wounds. Please call if you see him. He could be hiding in a backyard near County Lane and 18th Street in Eureka. He needs medicine please help get him home!! 😩😭
