Hi, We are a beginner small project with just a guitar player and drummer, we are looking for a decent rehearsal space / practice room where we can practice and leave our stuff (drum set, etc), no problem if it's a shared space. The place must be a safe lockout space, available 24/7, with A/C and parking. All for a reasonable price, we are working class musicians...
